Child Psychiatrist - (Psychiatry -Child) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day
Psychiatrist needed for child and adult patient coverage in Delaware. Psychiatrist must have active Delaware license. Candidate will be providing all ages for children and adult patients. Need 1-2 days a week, clinic is flexible on schedule. There will be a full support staff available for providers. Candidate must be experienced with adult and geriatric patients. Scheduled office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Call for Staff Care today more details.
Child psychiatry (locum tenens) involves the diagnosis and treatment of feeling, thinking, and behavioral disorders affecting children, adolescents, and their families. Diagnostic assessments give attention to the physical, emotional, educational, cognitive, genetic, developmental, family, peer, and social aspects. An unified approach in child psychiatry, to effectively treat patients, may involve individual, group, or family psychotherapy, medication, and consultation with other physicians or professionals from schools, juvenile courts, social agencies, or other community organizations.
Required Qualifications
Must have active Delaware license
Experience treating all ages of children and adult patients
Preferred Qualifications
Previous locums experience
Open to board certified or board eligible candidates
