Full-Time Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Pain physician for our Outpatient Comprehensive Pain Management Program affiliated with our not-for-profit primary care hospital located in beautiful northwestern Vermont. Exciting potential for someone who wants to shape a program to their own direction. The program provides a wide range of services, providing a comprehensive view of pain management. The program has great growth capability allowing the right candidate to build the program into their own and mold it. Currently have a C-arm on sight, with rad tech support and looking at adding ultrasound guided capability. Existing practice has 2 physicians, 1 PA (part time), and a variety of support staff/nursing staff. There is no call required for the interventionalist. Salary is based on MGMA data for the northeast, bringing this position in at about $350,000 as a base, with an additional $20,000 for additional duties over and above related to the expansion and further development of the program. We are located about a half hour north of Burlington, Vermont and an hour south of Montreal, Canada on the shores of beautiful Lake Champlain and about 1 hour from Stowe. The community has very good school systems, a charming, historic downtown area, and provides access to bigger cities in Burlington and Montreal. You can't beat the lakeside views to the west, and mountain views to the east.
