- 60-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital offering comprehensive inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services and home health care designed to return patients to leading active and independent lives.
- Practice will include medically complex inpatient rehabilitation patients; outpatient rehabilitation practice is optional
