Great Inpatient Physiatry position in the Home of the Masters - Augusta, GAEnterprise Medical Recruiting is seeking a PM&R Physician who will establish a private practice to include a caseload of medically complex inpatient rehabilitation patients and an outpatient rehabilitation practice if he or she chooses.  The Physiatrist will set up a relationship with an independent billing company and retain 100% of his/her own billing and collections. The hospitals are extremely busy with high patient volumes which have been researched by well-trained outreach teams that identify appropriate inpatient rehabilitation candidates from surrounding areas.  This position has already been heavily marketed for patients, so they are there and ready to be seen.  The hospital will help to setup everything in the practice to provide the physician the security they need to focus on what really matters, patient care.  There is also the opportunity for the incoming provider to do their own outpatient clinic on the side of the hospital inpatient work. The right candidate will have:
  • Board certification in PMR
  • Excellent patient centered communication
  • Hospital-based PMR experience, preferred
  • Great communication skills and ability to assimilate with a diverse staff
  • High income potential
  • Zero to ramp up time needed
  • State-of-the-art facilities and equipment
  • Medical director and program director opportunities, with additional compensation
