Physiatry group practice that services multiple post-acute care sites in Northern NJ

Location:
• Northern NJ
• Travel Required
Responsibilities:
• Provide consultation and routine follow-up care at designated post-acute sites
• See approximately 20-24 patients/day
• Leadership work to include clinical rehab team meetings and PT/OT/ST plan oversight
• Site engagement with staff and administration is paramount
