Out patient Non Interventional Physiatry opportunity in Green Bay WI Seeking a full time board certified physiatrist to provide care for patients in need of general physical medicine with a strong emphasis on outpatient pain management. The primaryrole is at an outpatient spine/pain clinic located at the main hospital campus. Daily work will include:
Strong communication skills are required, leadership skill also desirable. There is expected to be an outreach clinic opening in Marinette, WI, 45 minutes north of Green Bay, and similar work will be offered in that location. Physician will be expected to develop and attend this clinic once weekly. Physician will also need to be versed in inpatient rehabilitation to include consults, admissions, follow up visits, and discharges on a rotational basis for an every third weekend call and 1.5 days per every three weeks during the week. Presence at team meetings will be required while on call.Job Order: DO-1408-61275
Triaging patients, developing a plan of care, coordinating, and referring care to other team members, following patient?s progress and amending the plan of care as needed.
Physician will lead care team conferences on the most complex patients.
Physician will develop care pathways for common pain diagnosis.
Physicians will collaborate with primary care physicians during care and upon discharge back to primary care.
