• OSF Medical Group is seeking a dynamic BC/BE physiatrist with experience in Electrodiagnostic Medicine to join a well-established Physical Medicine Clinic.
• This is an outpatient position with emphasis on EMG/NCS and Musculoskeletal Medicine.
• The qualified candidate would join our existing team of 2 experienced physiatrists, with expectation of performing high volume of EMG/NCS.
• Monday-Friday schedule. Minimal call (after hour call for your patients only) and no weekends.
• The physiatry practice is within a combined department of Pain Management, Neurology and PM&R. There is potential to incorporate the broad spectrum of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation into this opportunity.
• Referral support from 80+ physicians, including orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, and primary care, in the Bloomington/Normal and Pontiac regions.
• OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington, Illinois includes a medical staff of over 300 physicians, 157 licensed beds, all private rooms, and a 32-bed comprehensive care center using a universal bed model approach with patients. This Level II trauma center provides medical, surgical, obstetric, intensive care, and post intensive care units; a full range of cardiovascular, neuroscience and orthopedic services; and a skilled nursing facility for those patients in need of transition from acute care to home or nursing home.
