MedCare Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Physical Medicine/Rehabilitation Physician for a locums position at a Traumatic Brain Injury Clinic near Columbus, GA. Coverage will begin ASAP and last one year with opportunities for extension.
Monday through Friday 8a-4:30p.
Scope of Practice: Physician will be responsible for prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with disorders of the musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and pulmonary systems. Physician is expected to be knowledgeable in all areas of their specialty and be able to interpret NCV, RSS, and SSEP. Provider will also be required to meet Continuing Medical Education requirements for their specialty.
Requirements: Board Certified and a DEA. Active license in a U.S. state and a BLS certificate. PM/R Physician must be licensed to practice in the U.S. 2 years prior experience in their specialty is also required.
