Need is for a Medical director with 3 years directors experience preferred. Need someone that has experience in implementing processes that exist and can implement new standard processes as well. Client would like someone that has experience in transitioning a 7 on 7 off scheduled inpatient rehab unit into more of an inpatient clinic schedule setting. Procedures will not be a huge part of the job however would prefer someone with a fellowship in addition to being board certified in PM&R. However experience is most important.
