"Livin' is Easy!" Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician Opportunity in Beautiful Northern Indiana! 30 minutes to East Chicago!
With your strong leadership skills, you’ll serve as Medical Director of the Inpatient Rehabilitation Program while also providing inpatient management for the 11 bed unit. The Inpatient Rehabilitation Program, the only program of its kind in the county provides intensive, individualized approach with 3 full hours of 1:1 rehabilitation per day. The facility has 11 beautifully decorated private rooms, a gym, and small kitchen and laundry area for patients to improve their daily living skills. The highly motivated and qualified staff includes nurses, therapists, dieticians, a social worker, and a rehabilitation coordinator.
You can choose to contract with the facility while providing medical director services in addition to a private outpatient practice or function in an employed model in a traditional inpatient/outpatient setting. Your schedule will include a minimum of 20 hours/week inpatient services with no epidural injections required.
In return for your training and experience, you’ll enjoy a competitive compensation package with a base salary plus incentives and full benefits.
