- $215,000 annually plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus
- 50/50 inpatient to outpatient case load
- 32-bed inpatient unit plus crisis stabilization unit, 6 to 8 patients per provider
- 10 outpatients per day on average
- Leadership role is available as well but not mandatory
- Shared inpatient call rotation
- EMR and Telehealth highly utilized
- Top-notch nurses and a very supportive administrative team
