Qualifications: Must have a current state license, approximately 2 years of relevant experience, and an active DEA
Location: Less than 20 miles outside Houston, TX
Practice setting: Urgent Care Clinic
Dates or start date: Urgent per diem coverage needed immediately, and will be ongoing
Shift times: 9:00a.m.–5:00p.m.
Ages seen: Newborn – 13 yrs
Patients per day: 25-30
Support staff: Medical assistant on staff
EMR: Paper charts
Procedures: No in-office procedures
DEA required: Yes
