Reason For Opening: Weekend and Holiday coverage

End Date or Ongoing Coverage: January 2, 2015

Minimum Length of Initial Coverage: 3 weekends

Hospital/Facility Size (# beds/exam rooms): Under 100 beds

Schedule: 24/7 pager call coverage July 4(7a)-7(7a), August 29(7a) - September 2(7a), November 27(7a) - December 1(7a), December 24(7a)-26(7a), December 31(7a) - January 2(7a), 2015. (***If we cannot find New Year's coverage, they will also consider July 11(7a)-14(7a) or November 7(7a)-10(7a))

Patient Volume: Average 6 patients per 24 hours (10 max)

Patient Ages: Newborn - 16

IP/OP: IP

Support Staff: Full ER, nursing and L&D staff

Responsibilities (ICU, Vents, OB, etc): Rounding, ER consults for PEDS only, attend c-sections

Charting/Dictation: EMR

BC/BE Requirement: BC or BE within 5 years
