This well run physician owned pediatric practice in the Greensboro area seeks another board certified or eligible pediatrician to join seven pediatricians and a nurse practitioner. Each physician works approximately 4½ days per week. Each physician gets one half day off per week. . Call is split equally and offers one week day. The nursing customer service takes first call. When your take the weekend call, one out of seven there is no call the following week. The clinic support includes nurses, LPNs, and CMAs. This practice offers an experienced pediatric nursing staff that has a high retention rate. Within the context of the mission and vision of the organization four values are paramount, which include excellence in patient care, financial success, community commitment, and the provision of an excellent, working environment for the entire clinic. The integration of all four of these values will create the optimal context for the practice business model. Physicians who become part of the practice begin as employed physicians with a guaranteed salary and benefits for the first two years. Salary is based on experience and is discussed with the applicant physician by the individual site. After two years, the physician becomes a shareholder physician and a full partner within the practice.
