Locums Pediatrician needed in Los Angeles
Advantage Locums is seeking Pediatric trained physicians to provide locum coverage in an outpatient clinic for our client located La Habra, CA. La Habra is located approximately 27 miles southeast of Los Angeles. The client is a not-for-profit, 501 (c3) charitable organization that provide medical/dental services for children, and medical services for adults and seniors, regardless of where they live. The client needs the provider to start ASAP through November/December.
• Monday through Saturday, Flexible Schedule-can work 12 hour shifts, if work Saturday locum provider can take off a day per week
• Active CA license and DEA
• Board Certified Pediatric or Board Eligible (within 5 years of completing residency).
• Average patient load: 20-25 per day
• EMR: All Scripts
• Spanish speaking a plus
• Locum provider will see mostly sick child visits
• Volume slows down after hours and on Saturdays in terms of patients seen
• Client will consider locums to permanent position if both parties are interested.
• Mission: Provide access to cost effective quality medical and dental care services to all residents of Southern California communities, especially the vulnerable populations.
• Vision: To be a leading Federally Qualified Health Center in providing affordable quality health care and human services to all.
Along with a competitive hourly rate, Advantage Locums will provide mal practice while on assignment.
