We are indeed seeking a pediatrican for our general pediatric group practice located in The State College Area of Pennsylvania. This is a traditional general pediatric practice
*There is a CRNP in the office along with our pediatrician. The other pediatrician is an independent practitioner who is in the call schedule.
*Call would be one in three
*Office hours are 8:30 - 5:00 Monday thru Friday. Saturday mornings are open if it is flu season and things are crazy.
*Must be boarded or board eligible
*Must attend C-section deliveries
*Admit and follow patients in the hospital (usually only 2-3 a month total) *Most time on call can be done by phone with occasional need to consult in the ED or admit a patient. Again, not often.
*Benefits are good.
*Pay is negotiable with experience
*Located in a small college town in central PA., low crime rate, good school systems, great place for outdoor recreation. Sits on biggest manmade lake on the east coast.
