The Childrenīs Hospital at Dartmouth seeks a proven leader to work with a devoted and talented team in the Section of General Academic Pediatrics. This dynamic position is a unique and exciting opportunity to have leadership, administrative and clinical responsibilities within the Department of Pediatrics as well as collaborative relationships with other healthcare and community leaders throughout the region. Other opportunities involve teaching pediatric residents and medical students from Dartmouth Medical School. All candidates must be Board certified in Pediatrics and possess strong leadership, clinical and mentoring skills. Qualified candidates will demonstrate scholarly accomplishment, whether in education, quality improvement, clinical investigation or other areas. Faculty appointment at Dartmouth Medical School will be commensurate with experience and training. The Childrenīs Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center is the only childrenīs hospital in New Hampshire and provides comprehensive primary, secondary and tertiary pediatric care. The Section of General Academic Pediatrics provides a Family Centered Medical Home to children throughout the Upper Connecticut River Valley in New Hampshire and Vermont.
