Here a well-established practice is seeking a pediatrician to join its team, which includes three other pediatricians. This traditional practice model will have you seeing 20 to 25 patients a day, with no evening or weekend clinic hours. You'd enjoy strong support from the medical community who'll welcome you warmly. The approximately 50 physicians in the region would be a referral base of patients for you. Call would be 1:4. You'd also have one day off a week due to call.
