ProHealth Physicians is currently seeking BC Pediatricians for several part-time positions with The ProHealth Pediatric Express CARE Extended Hours Center in Glastonbury and West Hartford, CT. The Centers serve pediatric patients with acute primary care needs on weeknights and weekends. In addition to the Pediatrician, the Centers will be fully staffed with receptionist, intake, discharge, medical, phlebotomy and x-ray technician support.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
• Board Certified Pediatrician
• State of CT Medical and Narcotics License, DEA license
• Available to work during Centers operating hours:Monday-Friday 5:30pm-9PM, Saturday 12PM-5PM and Sunday 10AM-4PM
Additional Position Information
• Schedule will be mutually agreed upon and can be anywhere from one to several shifts per week
• No minimum number of shifts
• No mandatory shifts
• No major holidays
• No call
The ProHealth Express CARE Extended Hours Centers were developed to better meet the needs of the patients of ProHealth Physicians. As part of our ongoing efforts to better serve our patients, the Centers are open on weeknights and weekends, outside of traditional practice hours. The Centers offer many of the same primary care services available at the traditional practice sites and are all located within existing ProHealth practices. The Centers are staffed with experienced ProHealth providers, working in conjunction with the medical directors and traditional practices to maintain continuity of care for ProHealth patients.
