A well respected health care system near Boston, Massachusetts is seeking a Board Certified Pediatric Hospitalist for an ongoing locum tenens assignment starting immediately (10-14 shifts a month). The 154-bed acute care facility performs 470 deliveries annually (Obstetricians perform circumcision) and is considered a Level I Nursery. Please note, there will be no Pediatric Inpatients, but there are Pediatric Observation Units/Patients. You can expect 12 hour day shifts on and then 12 hours of call. There is a private on-call room with a private bath and shower. You will stay in the hospital since the response time is 10 minutes. Finally, all qualified physicians must be Board Certified Pediatrics and hold active PALS and NRP certifications.
