Opportunity:
As the incoming Pediatric Hospitalist/Pediatrician, you'll join a successful, respected hospitalist group that is dedicated to their medical team and intent on developing close working relationships with their hospital staff and administration. You'll work nights on a block schedule of 7in/7off in a “bread and butter” inpatient setting providing pediatric medical care.
Duties include:
- Perform evaluations and orders at the time of admission
- Rounds
- Manage resources efficiently
- Provide Pre-op evaluations
- Coordinate with Specialists
- Provide Consultations
- Collaborate with Case Managers
- Work with the hospital's formulary
- Provide discharge referrals
- Schedule patient follow-up
- Other inpatient duties as necessary
Compensation:
In return for your training and experience, this opportunity is offering a MGMA competitive compensation package with a base salary and very lucrative bonus incentives.
