Pediatrician - (Pediatrics - Peds - Pedi) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day

Board Eligible / Board Certified - Pediatrician in a New York Facility for an opportunity starting in June ongoing. This opportunity offers a 2-3 day a week 8 hour schedule. The provider must be well-versed in Pediatric Outpatient setting.

A pediatrician(locum tenens) manages the well being and health of children from infancy through 21 years. They work to care for and manage acute and chronic illness, provide general care, focus on reducing infant and child mortality, and help with the early care and detection of child and adolescent disorders. A pediatrician diagnoses and treats illness, injury, malignancies, genetic defects, and organic dysfunctions and disease.

Required Qualifications
NY licensed Pediatrician needed - 06/03/2013 - 3 months (May extend) 2-3 DAYS TO CREDENTIAL - 2-3 days a week 8:00a - 5:00p, Telephonic Call (Client Flexible) - BE/BC, DEA - 20-25ppd, 100% Scheduled, Pediatric patients seen: PEDS, Adolescents, and some newborns. Typical Cases: Sick & Well Visits, Physicals, and Follow up visits. There will be staff available. EMR Charting & Written Charting used at this facility.
