Pediatrician with ED/Urgent Care experience needed for Vacation Coverage
Location: Seattle, Washington
Duration: 11/26 – 30/2014 & 12/21/14 – 01/04/15
Facility located in Seattle is seeking a Pediatric ED trained & boarded physician or a General Pediatrician MD trained & boarded who has ED / Urgent care experience for vacation coverage 11/26-11/30 and 12/21-1/4/2015.
Shift is 5pm-1am Monday-Friday and Noon to 1am Sat/Sun.
No on call.
Need BLS, PALS, DEA.
Hospital privileges take 90 days for credentialing.
EPIC medical record is used.
Must specify what EMR experience you have and if you have used Epic.
No new graduates.
Support staff include general emergency medicine physicians in same department 24/7, RNs (3 patient:1 RN ratio), ED techs, ED registration and unit clerks.
In house radiology, US, CT, MRI 24/7.
In house pediatric hospitalists 24/7.
In house RT 24/7. PICU on call, usually here but if not, on call physician can be here within 15 minutes.
NICU in house 24/7.
Multiple pediatric subspecialists on call.
Annual volume 5000-5500 pediatric patients (
