We are looking for a Physician to join our Pediatric ED team full-time at Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Shift times are from 12pm to 12am. This 269-bed, acute care hospital is committed to quality patient care and is a designated Level II trauma center, Advanced Primary Stroke Center, and Accredited Chest Pain Center. Grand Strand Regional also maintains South Strand Medical Center about 22 miles south of Grand Strand Regional. South Strand has a free-standing ED. The ED at Grand Strand has a volume of 57,000, and South Strand sees 22,000 annually with physician and APC coverage. The ED utilizes scribes and the EMR is Meditech. The right candidate must be Board Certified in Pediatrics with a completed Pediatric EM fellowship. You must possess a dedication to patient satisfaction, a positive attitude, and a willingness to contribute to the continued success of the group, and enhance the group's positive reputation in the community. We require that you are licensed to practice in South Carolina and have appropriate certifications (PALS).
