Pediatrician - Critical Care - (Ped - Critical Care) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 24 Hour On-Call
Looking for Pediatric Critical Care Physician for 24 hour call coverage. This is Out-Of-House Call that will include rounding, standard PICU procedures. Looking for a minimum of 5 block shifts per month, ongoing.
Serviced by a critical care pediatric specialist, critical care pediatrics (locum tenens) involves the treatment of children facing critical and unstable illness or injury. Some examples of the areas that critical care pediatrics provide care to children are; monitoring, medication, and treatment in a pediatric intensive care unit (PICU), treatment from brain trauma, placement of special catheters in the heart and lungs, and supervision while on a respirator. Critical care pediatrics and specialists are in-hospital, located within the PICU.
Required Qualifications
Board Certification.
Clean Background.
Preferred Qualifications
Nevada License. Staff Care will license if qualified provider.
