Pediatrician - Critical Care - (Ped - Critical Care) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 24 Hour On-Call
Pediatric Critical Care Physician needed for a minimum of 5 block shifts, each month, ongoing. This is for 24 hour Out-of-House Call, which will include rounding during the day and call at night. Staff Care will License.
Serviced by a critical care pediatric specialist, critical care pediatrics (locum tenens) involves the treatment of children facing critical and unstable illness or injury. Some examples of the areas that critical care pediatrics provide care to children are; monitoring, medication, and treatment in a pediatric intensive care unit (PICU), treatment from brain trauma, placement of special catheters in the heart and lungs, and supervision while on a respirator. Critical care pediatrics and specialists are in-hospital, located within the PICU.
Required Qualifications
Board Certified.
Clean Background.
Preferred Qualifications
Nevada License.
