Intensivist - Physician - (Critical Care Physician) Locum Tenens
Board Certified Critical Care locum tenens physician needed in PA. This will be for gap coverage in the schedule - typically 4-7 shifts at a time. Assignment does not require any pulmonology work. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-6pm (with call); Please reply with any availability or call to speak with a representative today.
Critical care physicians (locum tenens) perform surgical and non-surgical procedures in life management scenarios that frequently involve sophisticated organ support and invasive monitoring. Critical care intensivists work with CC units to save lives, treating patients suffering from conditions such as surgical shock, respiratory failure, and postoperative hemorrhaging. These physicians are trained to work in high stress, critical environments and to treat complex traumas and uncommon medical conditions.
