Seeking an experienced Hospice and Palliative Care Physician to join a practice in northwest Indiana. Fellowship training or 2-3 years experience in the field is preferred. The successful candidate will join 2 other board certified hospice and palliative medicine physicians and 3 nurse practitioners in an established program that covers 8 counties and provides medical care in homes, assisted living and nursing facilities, hospitals, Hospice Home (agency’s 14-bed inpatient facility); palliative care consultations within the hospital (large tertiary facility) and outpatient settings (outpatient palliative care clinic), and through various specialty programs (Heart Failure Program, Pediatric Palliative Care Program).
A comprehensive compensation package will be offered and may include:

300+ bed hospital. Population 250k. Located in northeastern Indiana, close to the Ohio border and 1 hour south of Michigan border. It is a short drive to major metropolitan areas like Indianapolis, Chicago and Cincinnati.
