Opportunity:
As the incoming Otolaryngologist, you'll build a new practice with the help of an established medical center. This position is being created due to the urgent need for an outgoing, qualified ENT on campus. Over 20 employed primary care providers are ready to immediately support you. This is a unique opportunity for a quality Otolaryngologist to quickly build a robust practice in a thriving community!
Practice details include:
• Join one other physician in business for 6+ years
• share space with a General Surgeon who is only in the office two half-days per week
• Very nicely appointed offices in Medical Office building
• Hospital call coverage as per hospital by laws
• 211-bed facility with over 140 physicians on staff
• Joint Commission "Top Performing Hospital"
Compensation:
This position offers a Hospital Employment Agreement with a first year base salary (MGMA + years of experience) RVU Model with production and comprehensive benefits.
