Opportunity:
As the incoming Otolaryngologist, you can choose to establish an independent practice or join an existing practice both with a shared call schedule of 1:5 and 24/7 anesthesia service with a typical schedule of elective cases being covered until 7pm daily and urgent cases on Saturdays between 8 and 12noon. You’ll be part of a 350-bed, two campus, full service, regional medical center providing outstanding healthcare to the community. Patients receive skilled care in a compassionate environment that promotes comfort and healing. The health professionals at this well-respected hospital are focused on quality, customer-friendly care and skilled medical processes.
Compensation:
Practice is offering a nationally competitive employment plus production or cash collections guarantee, CME, relocation, marketing, commencement bonus, medical education debt repayment and potential for monthly financial stipend throughout remainder of training.
