Otolaryngology ($325-360,000)
• Board certified/eligible ENT physician to join the Medical Group employed by the hospital.
• Assume a full time established solo general office practice with excellent growth potential.
• On-call availability for 15 days a month
• Additional interests in Facial plastics, Allergy, or cosmetics, as an addition to general practice, are preferred to allow expansion of services.
• Flexible scheduling requires maintaining 36 hrs a week for patient appointments, with regularly scheduled surgery/office days
• Office located in professional medical building attached to hospital, with on site audiology services.
CANDIDATE/POSITION PROFILE NEEDS:
• Seeking compassionate, caring, high quality physician candidates to join our team.
• Stable work/training history without a record of license suspension or disciplinary actions to be eligible for consideration.
• Board certified or eligible if with plans to complete certification within two years of completion of training
• Strong computer skills preferred with prior electronic medical record use.
• Employed positions as part of the Medical Group, a multispecialty group of 36 primary and specialty care providers affiliated with Hospital.
• Primary care positions eligible to apply for state loan repayment program and NHSC funds.

• Hospital is a progressive JCAHO accredited, community hospital that operates 3 rural health clinics and maintains high standards for the quality of staff and patient care.
• 46 Bed acute care facility with 34 bed skilled nursing unit attached.
• Hospital is fully JCAHO accredited and includes three federally certified Rural Health Clinics.
• Average 5-8 patient admissions a day, with 15-18 average daily inpatient census, which includes FP, IM, Peds, Surgery and Orthopedic patients.

• Hospital serves nine communities in two counties with a service area of approximately 40,000.
