Single specialty ENT practice located in South Carolina is recruiting for another ENT physician in an expansion position. This practice has 3 office locations is comprised of 4 extremely well trained ENT’s who have received their training from some of the most respected institutions in the country. Their offices house sophisticated, state of the art equipment and services that outside of an academic setting, you would be hard pressed to find. This practice is comprised of young, progressive, dedicated physicians and mid level providers who deliver first rate care to their patients in facilities that have spared no expense to do so. This practice is offering a variety of buy in and partnership arrangements that can be customized to meet individual financial goals for the candidate wanting ownership. They will also consider physicians wanting straight employment without the involvement as a shareholder. They will also consider part time physicians. In addition they are offering a comprehensive compensation package that includes an excellent guaranteed salary, incentive bonus, paid call, a training stipend in addition to the standard benefit package. Compensation will be tailored to the physicians type of employment.
