ENT Opportunity
• Join a 1 physician and 1 PA practice
• Board certified/board eligible
• Employee of St. Luke’s with full benefits
• $30,000 minimum starting bonus (3 year service forgiveness schedule)
• $50,000 minimum Loan Repayment ($12,500 at the completion of each year for the first 4 years)
• Professional Liability Insurance 1 million per occurrence limit, 3 million general agg limit, hospital pays premiums
• Incoming tail not covered, but could be neg
• 2 year guarantee salary in the $400Ks
• CME $5K annually
• Clinic office on St. Luke’s campus, across from hospital, in same building as the ambulatory surgery center
• 1:4 call rotation
• Opportunity to buy into joint venture ambulatory surgery center after one year
• Up to $20K for relocation allowance
