Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Sought! Employed by the hospital! Join a two pediatrician practice to be the third provider in the group. We are looking for a Certified NP specializing in Pediatrics! Work on the hospital campus of Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital. This is a NEW permanent hospital employed position because of community need and expansion and is available immediately. Successful candidate with have an outgoing personality, independently able to function alone, possess confidence, and possess a strong bedside manner and background. Must have experience in hospital care for newborns post-delivery including intubating as necessary. We have a Level I nursery. Providers are required to attend C-sections, but not deliveries. Our C-Section rate is about 30%. B/C required. No new grads as the need is immediate for an experienced provider. Paid mal practice and expenses. With the exception of call, the hours are standard business hours M-F, 8-5. Employed hospital position with full benefits package, i.e – Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, 401K with employer matching, Vacation / PTO Days, Sick Days, etc. PTO is accrued thus they would not have any up front, but would accrues 6.15 hours per bi-weekly pay period (160 hours per year) and they can start using this after 90 days of employment. Negotiable Salary based on MGMA median - Call will be 1:3 – 1:4. Income is about $90-$100K with full benefits package including relocation, and possible student loan repayment,
Graduate of accredited NP Program, be Certified, and Licensed or could be licensed in the State of Nevada. Candidate is needed immediately and we accepting candidates who are experienced working candidates.
