JOB SUMMARY: Responsibilities includes but not limited to, data identification, data acquisition, data analysis, data documentation, data storage and data integration. The individual in the position will provide professional skills necessary for all phases of Software Development Life Cycle in relationship to methods for conducting data analysis. They will insure the integrity of all data extraction, storage, manipulation and analysis.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Obtain a list of statutes, regulations, administrative codes or case law for a specific jurisdiction related in PIP/No-Fault coverage
  • Perform analysis of software application data sets
  • Maintain database library to source all data, rules, flags and edits
  • Perform analysis and translate business needs to create high-quality business requirements and functional specifications
  • Develop and execute methodologies used to extract, manipulate and analyze data from multiple databases for customer and/or product specific business needs
  • Conduct pro-active research projects in an effort to provide supporting documentation, content for rules creation and to manage incoming rule, format and troubleshooting requests from across the organization
  • Maintain data inventory database with data acquisition and transfer information from development to Quality Assurance
  • Develop and maintain utilization review Edits, Rules and Flags
