Opportunity:
As the incoming General Orthopedic Surgeon, you'll join a premier single-specialty group working alongside and collaborating with ten surgeons. Call arrangements is 1 in 6 with no trauma call required. This is the only Orthopaedic group providing services to a market population of 300,000! Group practices out of a state-of-the art building with modern offices and a superior surgical unit at a 210+ bed acute care facility that is located a short distance from their offices. The group has over 16,000+ active patient charts and is in an area that has less than 20% managed care.
Compensation:
Practice is offering excellent salary and benefits for the 1st year while you ramp up moving to a production based compensation structure thereafter. Additionally, this private practice has a fast partnership track with minimal buy-in (not required but usually done). Plus you'll enjoy all the benefits of living in Bowling Green!
