General Orthopedic Surgeon wanted to join Northern California’ Premier Foundation and Multispecialty group, Handle all Routine Orthopedics, Group has own Ambulatory Surgery Center & Short Stay Hospital, State of the Art Diagnostics, excellent payer mix, 2 Orthopedic Surgeons in Group 8 in the area, Service area is 140K. ER Call is 1:5
Guaranteed 2 year’s salary $325K, Bonus Structure: $10K Start date, $5K 6 months, $10K at 12 months and $10K at 18months, Group will cover office overhead, marketing, malpractice, and all business aspects, Plus competitive benefits packet that includes Health and Dental, up to $8K relocation fee, Partnership two years. NO MANAGED CARE CONTRACTS
