Seeking to employ a full time Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to establish a practice as an employed physician. This position meets all of the criteria for a J-1 visa waiver through the Delta Regional Authority. This physician will share call with two other Orthopedic Surgeons in the market. Hospital privileges are required for this opportunity. The financial package provides a competitive compensation for services and a production bonus potential. Base salary ranges from $446,303 to $595,643 based on experience. A signing or student loan repayment bonus is negotiable. Benefits include fifteen vacation days, five CME days/$3,500 allowance; paid malpractice; optional group health, dental, and vision insurance; and 401(k). The package also includes a relocation moving allowance with a house-hunting trip. The city of Natchez is located in southwest Mississippi and sits on the banks of the Mississippi River. Natchez is the oldest European settlement on the Mississippi River and has a very rich history and also has one of the largest concentrations of antebellum homes in the nation. Our city is visited by thousands of tourists from around the world every year who come to tour the homes and learn more about historic Natchez.
