Full time or part time General Orthopedic Surgeon East Windsor New Jersey
Our client is a private multi-specialty practice in East Windsor New Jersey, seeking a Generalist due to very high demand. This established group is successful and growing, and will be expanding in the coming months. You'll be doing knees, fractures, total joint, and shoulder in addition to subspecialty work, if desired. The team is comprised of specialists in General, Spine, Pain Management and Hand, and mentorship is available to new grads. The practice prides itself on flexibility for providers, creating high retention and job satisfaction, and takes care not to burn out physicians. There's a strong shared PA pool for first assists in the OR, and most surgeries are in-office or at the nearby ambulatory surgery center. High risk patients have procedures done at the local hospital. This client is professionally managed and will move quickly to onboard the right candidate.
WHAT YOU'LL GET:
• Lucrative compensation plan
• 2 OR days, 2 office days, day 5 is flexible (more surgeries, patients or subspecialty, as desired)
• Growing pod of 7 MDs
• Physician owned and governed practice
• Super collegial group
• General call rotation 1:7 or better
