The need is for a Generalist to join two others on a one-year track to partnership. Call is 1:3. The salary will be $350,000 or more based on experience. Benefits include a $50,000 sign-on bonus, assistance with student loans, a productivity bonus, paid malpractice, full family health insurance, 401K, three weeks of paid time off, and one additional week for CME with a stipend to cover the course and relocation. Partnership will be offered after year one. Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, the community holds a natural beauty.
