A leading regional healthcare system in the desirable Sunbelt location of Montgomery, Alabama, is seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon to provide both inpatient and outpatient services.
Practice Benefits:
* Typical schedule is 40 hours/week Monday-Friday with no weekend responsibilities
* Expectation is for physician to spend 50% of time providing inpatient consultative services and the remaining in the office
* Physician will be an employee of the hospital with a base salary reflecting years of experience and opportunity for quarterly RVU-based production bonuses and a first year guaranteed salary
* Benefits include 15 days of paid leave, 5 recognized holidays, and 5 CME days with $3,000 allowance per year. Individual health insurance, life, and disability provided with family coverage and dental optional
* Hospital-sponsored 403(b) retirement plan with partial match
* The physician practice is affiliated with a multi-specialty clinic owned and operated by the hospital
