Looking for 2 orthopedic surgeons that want to practice in PA under 90 minutes to both Philly and NYC. They are looking for a sports doc as well as a spine doc. This is an employed position with a hospital-owned clinic. A competitive recruitment package is available! The hospital serves close to 300,000 residents of this county and five surrounding counties in southeast Pennsylvania. The hospital's emergency room annually records nearly 31,000 visits, and during the past decade, the volume in the Hospital's Short Procedure Unit has nearly doubled. The area boasts a low unemployment rate and steady growth, with several large industrial companies located in the area. It has a total of 36 parks and recreation centers and more than 20 golf courses. There are more than 20 art galleries, museums and exhibit centers. Ten colleges and universities are located in the area serving more than 20,000 students. The area also has three vocational and technical schools, 17 public school districts, and several private elementary and secondary schools.
