We are looking for a part time orthopedist . Board Certified, Arizona license
Must be spine fellowship trained, MIS a plus. Must believe in minimally invasive technique. Must want to work in a team atmosphere with existing PM&R physicians.
Physician will see patients in the clinic and perform surgical procedures in the ASC. They will follow their patients and contribute to follow up care.
Decompressive surgeries. MIS. laminotomy / Foraminotomy. Single level fusion when appropriate. Rhizotomy.
