Immediate Opening for an Orthopedic Surgeon with Fellowship in Spinal Surgery

The Regional Referral Center for northeast Nebraska is looking for Orthopedic Surgeon-Spine surgeon. This is an opportunity to work with Dr. Stephan Smith who is a nationally known joint replacement specialist. Dr. Smith consistently scores high on Healthgrades patient satisfaction scores, and he is more than happy to talk with any candidate who is considering joining his practice.
About the Opportunity
• Benefits: Full Benefits Package, including CME, Malpractice, Retirement, Education Loan Repayment, Relocation Expenses
• Bonuses: Base Salary plus Signing Bonus, Quality Bonus, Production Bonus
• Call Schedule is 1:3.
• Patient Base is 190,000/year

About the Facility
• Currently captures 40% of orthopedic marketplace and is looking to expand into the primary and secondary coverage area.
• Full service, self-sustaining & provide all specialties except transplants.
• In both inpatient (6) & outpatient (4) surgery suites, Hi-Definition Videoscopic technology is used, along with KTP & CO2 Lasers and Large C arms.
• Soon will add a Hybrid surgical suite
• The Hospital works with multiple orthopedic venders.
• Brand new 60 million dollar state-of-the-art bed addition, including a brand new Inpatient Rehab Unit
• 227 beds – all new private rooms
