We have opened a new search for an outstanding spine orthopedic surgeon who will join a practice of two-three other general orthopedic surgeons in South Georgia. The selected candidate will be an employee of the Medical Center, receive a base salary of $500,000 plus RVU incentives and a $250,000 signing bonus. He/she will have an immediate patient base and be able to achieve a mature practice quickly as we have 6 orthopedic providers (MD/mid-level), and growing, who already see spine patients in one of our regional clinics. The package includes excellent benefits that are enjoyed by our other 50 employed physicians, full relocation, and malpractice. The substantial signing bonus is because we are looking for a super candidate. Strong preference will be given to candidates with a Georgia license (we need someone today). A strong history is required, fellowship trained.
Our Medical Center is the facility of choice in our region. We have the newest and most modern hospital in the SE with technology most metropolitan hospitals have yet to purchase. Our operating rooms are state of the art and the size of a volleyball court. Vidalia is a great family community as evidenced by the quality of physicians we have moved here over the last several years.
