Orthopedic Spine Surgeon or Ortho with Subspecialty interest other than total joints
• Guarantee for first year
• Singing bonus - $30,000

• Partnership opportunity after one year, minimal buy-in
• Joining 3 extremely busy Orthopedic Surgeons who do a ton of total joints
• Will consider MD’s, but if a DO, the physicians will have to look at what residency they attended
• BC or BE will be considered
• Resident or practicing will be considered
• Need to have interest in Spine, Foot, Ankle or other areas than total joints
• Blue Distinction Center for Knee and Hip Replacement as part of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association’s expansion of its Blue Distinction® program. Only three hospitals in the company’s 103-county service area have successfully gone through the rigors of achieving this designation. “To earn this designation, Labette Health met clinically validated quality standards and delivered better overall outcomes in patient care.
• Dr. Dillon, Dr. Mosier and Dr. Meister each see a minimum of 25 patients per day
• Over 45 surgical cases are performed by the group each week, approx. 15 in patient and 30 outpatient = 2160 cases per year
• There is usually between 6 – 10 new patients per day in the practice
• Wait time for a new patient is about 1 week. They focus on getting the patients in ASAP
• The Ortho’s refer out a lot of spine cases each week so the new person will be busy
• Call – 1-3
• Rapid Recovery Program
• The Ortho’s practice at Independence, Chanute and Fredonia. The new physician will most likely need to do outreach
• Excellent group with growth potential
• Cover a large service area
