DATES: 8/17 - 11/27/2015
SETTING: Trauma level IV, 44 bed hospital
SCHEDULE: Shared clinic, call, and surgery with one other Orthopedic Surgeon.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 22 patients per day in clinic, 1 - 2 walk ins, and 2 - 3 surgeies a week.
Active Arizona License required. VISTA will provide your travel, housing, and professional liability insurance.
