Orthopedic Surgeon needed in Las Cruces, New Mexico
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
• Practice includes general and preference for upper extremity (Shoulder, Elbow, Hand)
• BC/BE
• Typically 20 patients per clinic day with 2 OR days.
• Hospital Employment with bonus incentive
• Hospital-based practice with three orthopedic surgeons.
• Call 1:5 for ER. Practice call 1 wk on and 4 wks off.
• Excellent benefit package includes competitive salary, benefits (Medical/Dental, Vision, Disability, Life, 401K, 31 days off), sign on bonus, relocation, educational stipend & student loan repayment if needed. Paid malpractice with Tail (Occurrence Policy)

• Accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC), Memorial Medical Center is a licensed 298-bed acute care facility.
• The hospital offers a full range of comprehensive care including the latest in diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitative services, both on an inpatient and outpatient basis.
• Inpatient services include a state-of-the-art Cardiac Care Unit and Cardiac Cath Labs.
• Outpatient services include a comprehensive cancer program that offers with radiation therapy at Ikard Radiation Oncology and medical oncology/hematology at MMC Cancer Center. Additional services are offered at Memorial HealthPlex, a free-standing outpatient surgery center that offers day surgery, diagnostic imaging and lab services in a convenient customer service-oriented setting.
• More than 1,300 employees and volunteers work closely with the medical staff, which includes 300 credentialed providers representing a full range of medical specialties.
