• Special Note for Call: Physician will not cover call at any other facility while on call for these dates. Must respond and report the hospital within 30 minutes of receiving a call from the Emergency Department and / or a call from Trauma for evaluation.
• Responsibilities (ICU, Vents, OB, etc.): 24-hour Call Coverage (Ophthalmology)
• BC/BE Requirement: Board Certified
• Active & unrestricted Florida Medical License & DEA
• Required Clinical Experience: Must have Trauma Experience and prepared to diagnose, treat, and perform various types of surgeries for diseases, injuries, or trauma of the eye.
