Prefer residents (2011, 2012, 2013). We are unable to support Visas (J1 or H1).

Pediatric Ophthalmology
• Solo Opportunity only
• Only Pedi Ophthalmologist in Region
• Population Draw:(the typical draw is 340K but this is much larger)
• 100% of patients are currently referred to Lubbock (160 mi) or DFW (150-200 mi)
• Referral Sources consist of about 12 Pediatricians and 8 Ophthalmologists
• Has option of setting up with 3 Ophthalmologists or being alone
• Generous one-year guarantee
• Sign-on bonus $20-25K
• Relocation assistance up to $20K
• Marketing
• Practice start-up assistance $35K
